The Translational Research Center (TRC) is a hub for collaboration throughout the Department of Medicine, the University of Pittsburgh, and UPMC located on the 8th floor of Montefiore Hospital in Oakland. With state-of-the-art machinery and recent renovations, the TRC has evolved into a space for scientific and clinical networking and collaboration. Space and equipment is available by request. The TRC is a collaborative unit made up of faculty and staff from the Division of Endocrinology & Metabolism, the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, & Nutrition, and the Vascular Medicine Institute. This creates an environment with an extensive range of expertise and ongoing studies.
